I personally don't trust three people from the get go. They just seem too good to be true: Dr. Rush, the Machiavelli doctor, he seems like he could be a master manipulator, then there's Sr. Sergeant Greer, the earlier named "Psycho". He's a Sr. Sergeant, he seems like he would be all out, forget the scientists and the inevitable civvies. Finally, there's Col. Telford, I just don't trust him cause he's Lou Diamond Phillips, he always seems a bit shifty to me. | What kind of races will they encounter?

Col. Young. He's married, has a family, if this was a family movie, he'd already be dead. He seems like a nice guy, he's supposed to be a temporary commander, and this may save his life. I know three people die in the first three episodes, as stated by Robert Carlyle, and someone commits suicide in episode six, so any one is really up for death. | Will they encounter any races from Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis?

Carter!!! Gotta have Samantha Carter, it is a Stargate. We'll see O'Neill and Jackson, maybe Teal'c. I'd love to see Sheppard, just cause I love him, and of course I'd like to see the Beckett clone resurface. If only in my dreams. But I know the characters they place will be with the fans in mind, and I'll be happy with it either way. :) |

| I think their base comes under attack while they were trying to figure out how to use the 9th chevron. Perhaps they have a method in mind but haven't been given the go-ahead to try it yet or they're unsure if it'll work. When they dial the gate to escape their options might be limited, maybe this is their only shot at using the 9th chevron ever so they decide to go for it and end up on the Destiny, but have no idea where there are to calculate how to get back. | Who will prove to be a hero?

Not in the first season, maybe in the second season...of course it's possible to may cross paths with an ancient, as it's said that Ona Grauer, the actress who played the ancient Ayiana in SG-1/Atlantis is due to appear in an early Universe episode. | What characters from Stargate SG-1 or Stargate Atlantis would you like to see on Stargate Universe?
| We know that some of the sg-1 cast are appearing in Universe for one reason or another, so I'd quite like some of the Atlantis cast to pop up, considering Atlantis is now where it is, maybe a scene of Mckay and Carter arguing over what happened and why they can't contact the Destiny. |

No, I dont think anyone will die in Season one. Previous Stargate characters "died" before. Whats to say that this wont happen to them? Maybe they ascend? Maybe a sarcophagus is on the ship?

| What caused the team to be trapped?
| I know it has something to do with the 9th chevron. I think they were researching the Stargate for other uses, ie like Carter/time travel/1969. However we know that to get an 8th chevron they need massive power boost, (see The Fifth Race), so maybe the gate got hit by a powerful weapon mid-dial when they were under attack. Or it could be just another solar flare! (Not Again LOL)

| Colonel Young, I have a feeling that he might be a friend/colleague of O'Neill's, maybe Telford cause he's played by Lou Diamond Phillips. He always seems to play bad guys, so maybe he was cast against type, just to mess with our heads. That's sounds like something Rob and Brad would do.

| Telford cause Lou Diamond Phillips listed on some sites as a guest actor. Plus the medical doctor has to die, cause they ALWAYS do in Stargate. I know there will be a suicide around ep 7 or so. But there is one universal truth in SciFi and that is....No One Ever Dies in SciFi, unless your a red shirt of course.

| Replicators cause they are my fav baddies, and Ancients of course, Ana Grauer has been cast and she played an Ancient in both SG1 & SGA. I'd like to see more of the dark side Asgards from First Contact/Lost Tribe

| Rodney McKay cause he was in both SG1 & SGA, and Gen Landry for the same reason. My 2 fav characters are Vala MalDoran and Carson Beckett, but I'm not holding my breath on those two.
